🛑 URGENT: Protect the Future of Hemp in Texas! 🛑
The Texas Legislature is moving forward with CSSB 3, a bill that could wipe out most of the legal hemp industry as we know it. While it has been rewritten to seem more reasonable, this bill still proposes severe restrictions that would:

Ban all vape products (including THCA and CBD vapes)

Restrict hemp flower to 0.3% total THC and require it be grown only in Texas

Limit edibles and tinctures to low THC amounts

Outlaw common product types, including infused pre-rolls, concentrates, and non-organic ingredients

Transfer regulation to TABC (the alcohol agency), charge massive new licensing and registration fees, and impose surveillance mandates on small businesses like ours
-
Impose criminal penalties and surprise inspections on retailersHurt access for patients and consumers who rely on these plant-based alternatives
This directly threatens the products you love and the small businesses that bring them to you.
